The most flexible of our options - the virtual design consultation gets the ideas flowing. You are welcome to show your space over video, share photos, or simply have a conversation about anything from planning to problem-solving. The hour is yours to do what you wish — whether it is asking for targeted support, or clarifying goals for a full renovation.

In this option - we work with you to bring your ideas to life. We will produce a full design concept, floorplans, ceiling plans, elevations, and furniture, fixture, and finish specifications. You will be provided with a full design package that includes visuals for each space and product information for you to make these designs a reality.

From start to finish, we are here with you every step of the way for your boutique commercial, hospitality or residential interiors project.

Our services include:

• Concept Development — Thoughtful creation of mood boards to align client and designer on design direction

• Documentation — Floorplans, Elevations, + Millwork Detailing

• Rendering — Sketch renderings of floorplans, elevations or 3D views. If you design photo realistic renderings, we can coordinate with a third party rendering service

• Finishes, Furniture, and Lighting — Sourcing, procurement, + tracking of all products

• Project Management — Budgeting, scheduling, + coordination with hired contractors and product sales representatives

• Installation — Oversee construction progress and final install of furniture, fixtures, and finishes within the space
